I started with Compound banc the beginning of this year. The more bonds you own the more money you make as time goes on. You get paid every single day. Bonds start at only $10 and you can reinvest your earnings. Your money is never locked up and you can withdrawal anytime. When you withdraw it takes 5 to 6 business days. I do wish it could be done in 3 to 4 days. That is the only complaint I have. Game changer!

I have invested over $1000 through the Compound Real Estate Bonds app and have enjoyed the current 8.5% APY return. I have been invested with them for over a year now, and enjoy the easy to use app and receive timely 1099 tax documents. I can withdraw my money at any time, and can invest in increments of $10. Highly recommend.

I've been using Compound for about 18 months now. 8.5% APY, interest posts daily, and I've done several withdrawals at pretty substantial amounts — every single one went through smoothly with no hassles. Does exactly what it says. VERY happy with it. Even last minute transfers are done late in the day or weekend and their staff is more than willing to work and answer questions on weekends and holidays. Beats a bank rate and service by leaps and bounds!

Compound provides a welcomed alternative to other generating interest rate types including but not limited to banks for example which can be volatile and fluctuate at any given moment in time. Aside from the competitive rate and account features (e.g., no fees, no lock-ins), what I have been most impressed with is the account relationship management side in terms of responsiveness, relevant use cases and staying true to word with timely follow up.
