The CREB Refer & Earn $100 Bonus (“Offer”) is available exclusively to new individual investor accounts referred through an existing Compound Real Estate Bonds (CREB) user and is limited to one bonus per person. To qualify, the referred user must open a new Compound Real Estate Bonds account using a valid referral link, deposit a minimum of $10,000 USD, and maintain that balance for 120 consecutive days from the date the funding requirement is met. Both bonuses—the referrer’s and the referee’s—will be credited 120 days after the investment, provided all accounts remain open and in good standing. The referred user must maintain a minimum balance of $10,000 for the full 120 days to remain eligible. If the account balance falls below $10,000 at any point during the qualification period, the bonus will be forfeited. Both the initial deposit and the bonus must remain in the account for at least 180 days from the date of bonus credit, and early withdrawal of either may result in revocation of the bonus and a debit of $100 from the account. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or new account bonuses. Compound Real Estate Bonds reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. The bonus may be considered taxable income, and participants are solely responsible for any applicable tax obligations. All decisions made by Compound Real Estate Bonds regarding eligibility, qualification, and bonus fulfillment are final, and this Offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
